Highly recommended by J, so we went to try during lunch time. If you couldn’t remember the restaurant by the name – Marutama Ramen, you would probably will not forget the Basketball logo.
About Marutama Ramen
Marutama is well-known as a restaurant which has developed their shops not only in Ryogoku, Tokyo and Kawaguchi, Saitama, but also in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Canada and China since the first Marutama restaurant in 2001. Marutama Ramen serve authentic Japanese ramen and have been making it’s Toripaitan soup as the new wave in Japanese Ramen industry. Marutama’s Toripatan soup served with homemade Hakata-styled ramen noodle. Best quality of the soup due to its 100% pure chicken broth that made with no MSG at all! ~ source: Marutama Ramen’s website.
There’s not much choices in the menu, which is good for me so that I won’t spend a long time making decision. He eh he… Ordered the Shoyu Ramen (if I remember correctly, not sure where I kept the receipt). LOVE THE SOUP! It’s tasty and flavorful yet quite light. I almost finished the whole bowl of soup! He he he…
Sorry for the ugly pic. He he he…I stirred as I forgot to take picture.
