After work, went to meet T and S at Hooters (Clarke Quay). Used to walk pass but didn’t went in to try before. T said the Chicken Wings is highly recommended. WOW! It’s really nice. Definitely, a must try!
Hooters is located in Clarke Quay, separated into Alfresco and Indoor dining. We chose to sit indoors as it’s drizzling then. Happened that there’s a company event tonight, probably that’s why it’s quite rowdy. Not sure if that’s the case usually. They had games, Hooters Gals performing their hoola hoop skills, Hooters makeover, etc. We can’t really get a full view from where we were seated, but had a hard time chatting because we couldn’t hear ourselves. But we had a good time.
We ordered several dishes to share, Chicken Wings, Buffalo Platter, Cheese Fries, Beef Fondue, Freshly Baked Waffle, Brownie with Ice Cream, Calamari Rings, Hooters Skewered Meat, etc. I love the Chicken Wings and Brownie most. There’s different level of hotness for the Chicken Wings. We ordered both Samurai (non spicy) and a level 9M which is the hottest. I can’t really take chilli, so I ate the non spicy one. It’s good too, a little oriental taste with teriyaki sauce.
Beef Fondue was not too bad, but the beef slightly hard. It comes with 3 different dipping sauce, ie. Curry Mayo, Black Pepper and BBQ. Curry Mayo is nice, it taste like the Curry Flavour Twisties. Overall, the food is not bad, and total bill added up to S$166.00 which is around S$27.60 per pax. Oh, for a load of Finger Food, not sure if it’s reasonably priced, but it’s quite filling.
Oh, on top of that, they have a S$10 Set Lunch special (Daily 11am – 3pm) which comes with 1 main course (you can choose from 10 choices), Ice Cream and Soft Drinks. Quite worth it I think.
Overall: ♥♥♥♥♥
