KOREAN ARMY STEW (BUDAE JJIGAE)

- 1 pot of water
- 1 handful Ikan Bilis (anchovy)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (chilli soy paste)
- 1 can of baked beans
- ½ can of SPAM
- 1 pkt of golden mushroom
- 1 pkt of Pork Belly
- 3 sausages, sliced
- 1 pkt of Kimchi
- 1 pkt of Tofu
- 1 pkt Shin Ramen
- 1 pkt udon (because I love udon :p)
- cheese slice
- prawns
- vegetables (couldn't find cabbage in NTUC that day)
- In a soup pot, bring the anchovy stock to a boil.
- Add the chili paste into the boiling stock and stir.
- Arrange the ingredients (except cheese, udon and ramen) nicely in the pot (wahaha...I tried to)
- Add the prepared soup base into the pot, simmer for about 10 minutes to cook all the ingredients.
- Add ramen and udon; simmer for another 3mins.
- Add cheese and it's ready to eat after it melts!
