Our Simplified Korean Pork Bulgogi

A last minute preparation of this dish. I think it should taste better if we add onions, shredded carrots & lettuce and toasted sesame seeds. Shall try this again next time.

INGREDIENTS
  • Pork, thinly sliced (we used the remaining Pork Belly, not a good choice though, it’s very oily :p)
  • 1½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • McDonald’s Garlic Chilli Sauce (his improvised version to replace minced Garlic & Chilli Sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sugar
METHOD
  1. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, cilli sauce to sliced pork and marinate for 3-4 hours in the fridge
  2. Heat the frying pan with some oil and fry pork with the marinated sauce.
