I am officially 1 year older last Thursday. Geez, don’t wanna think how old am I this year…the number looks scary. Ha ha ha… I’ve shared a link with him in July, highlighting that there’s a crab buffet and ends 31 Aug 2013. So, since it’s my birthday and being a crab lover, needless to say, boyfriend made a reservation for 2 at Plaza BRasserie. YUM YUM!!!!! And as usual, I’m slightly late, reached at about 710pm when the appointment was 7pm :p

There are quite a number of crab dishes – Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Butter Crab, Baked Crab, Soft Shell Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Dang Gui Crab, Nonya Crab. However, do not expect them to be those very big size crabs which we usually eat in Seafood Restaurant, they are smaller. But that’s good enough for me too 🙂

Besides crabs, there are other selection of buffet items, such as Sashimi, Oysters, stir-fry vegetables, noodles, rice, prata, etc.

Love the prata, crispy. I personally prefer this to those in Jalan Kayu.

Here comes the most important character – CRAB!!

The Curry and the Salted Egg were my favorite. I love the curry sauce. The sauce was a surprise. It’s delicious and tasty (not the watery kind). Don’t really like the Chilli Crab as it’s on the sweet side for me. Nonya Crab tasted like Tom Yum to me.

Look at the dessert area! They look so yummy. It’s a pity that I don’t have room for desserts after all the crabs (appetite getting smaller, which is good :p)

Total bill was $110.05, a 15% discount as he paid with UOB card. Couldn’t find this information on the web. I guess you need to check with the staff if there’s any discounts for any credit cards.

Well, if you are interested to indulge yourself in the crab dishes, better be quick. It ends on 31 August 2013.
