Geez, it’s really true that you can’t always have things going your way. Shit always happens! Due to some happenings, I’m not sure if I’m still able to rent my fren’s room or not. Not sure if her friend also moved out, she just posted “home alone once again…” He was quite skeptical about the idea when I told him about the move, looks like he’s not entirely wrong about it. Sigh…I gotta find other alternatives before end June. Oh god! It’s really tedious. It’s really a drag having to start the entire process again – surf room rental sites, filter what’s agent’s posts and what’s not, contact the person, arrange to view the room….URGHHH…and lastly, gotta prepare the money of course… OH DAMN!

I accidentally bump into Easy Roommate, not a bad site.

Wah, didn’t know they have been around that long. I like it because there’s not much of agents listings in here. But not sure if it will be flooded by them in the future.

Whether you are looking for a room or tenant, you can register for an account, post your ads. There’s a choice of Basic (free) or Premium (at an affordable amount for upgrading) membership. Premium members can contact All users, repost their ads, featured ads, ads will be in top placements on listings page, etc, whereas basic members can only contact premium members, post, browse and search ads. For now, I would think basic membership is still alright for me.

If you happens to be relocating, you can also find your rooms/unit here. They have listings for Canada, HongKong, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Cool ya…
