little patches

Finally!!!  My breakfast partner is finally back from GZ office.  She’s been away for like almost 2 months!  She bought lotsa stuffs for us.  Before her GZ trip, she went to Taiwan, so we had souvenirs from her Taiwan trip as well.  All in all, here’s the list I had:

little patches
McDull & Hello Kitty Frame

From GZ:

  • Instant Pasta (she said it’s yummy, so I asked her to buy for me)
  • My makeup brushes
  • Hello Kitty Specs (See the image on the left)
  • McDull soft toy (see the image on the left)
  • Galaxy S2 case x 2

From Taiwan:

  • Face masks x 2
  • Eye masks x 1
  • Keychain

Can’t wait to try the masks.  JL and BL said it was good!

Oh, we had company lunch today, at Bumbu Restaurant, a very nostalgic place with very nice decor.  Was busy reading emails, forgot what they ordered.  But we had Tom Yum Soup, Sweet & Sour Fried Fish, Stir Fry Veg, Cold Tofu, Pandan Leaf Chicken, etc.  The Fried Fish House Chilli and the Tom Yum Soup weren’t as nice as the first time I went.  Fried Fish not as crispy as before.  Tom Yum Soup was a bit bland or maybe too much water (after a while, I heard them saying that boss asked them to add soup, but now it seems like they added water…it’s just our speculations).  Pandan Leaf Chicken tasted the same as before.  The staffs were attentive.  When we were eating the Pandan Leaf Chicken, we will need to tear the pandan leaf off and had to leave them on our plates or the table.  The waiter will walk around and picked them up.  I think he made several rounds.  The rest were ok, but I forgot to take the picture of the food.  Shall grab one from JL’s facebook 😛  But I did take the picture of the interior.
